THE PROCESS
Memorial glass is a beautiful way to keep your loved one’s memory close.
Using traditional glass working techniques, I carefully layer a small amount of ash into molten glass, where it becomes permanently encased within the piece. Crushed glass, rods and clear glass are formed around the ashes which will are visible as soft, pale grey speckles. Small bubbles are often created during the process adding a beautiful, ‘shimmering’ quality.
